Happy and Healthy is a user-based system designed to encourage and mentor people at high risk of diabetes into a healthier lifestyle. The website provides seven modules and an array of tools to help lead patients to a healthier lifestyle. Vanguard Digital provided website design and development for the project built on a custom CMS framework.
